    The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of technology on workplace communication and employee job satisfaction. With the rise of technology in the workplace, many organizations have implemented various technological tools to facilitate communication among employees. However, there is a lack of research on the effects of technology on workplace communication and employee job satisfaction.

    本研究的目的是調(diào)查技術(shù)對(duì)職場(chǎng)溝通和員工工作滿意度的影響。隨著技術(shù)在職場(chǎng)中的普及,許多組織已經(jīng)實(shí)施了各種技術(shù)工具來(lái)促進(jìn)員工之間的溝通。然而,目前關(guān)于技術(shù)對(duì)職場(chǎng)溝通和員工工作滿意度的影響的研究仍然很少。

    Objectives:

    The objectives of this study are:

    To examine the relationship between technology and workplace communication.

    To explore the impact of technology on employee job satisfaction.

    To identify the factors that affect the use of technology in workplace communication.

    To investigate the moderating effect of organizational culture on the relationship between technology, workplace communication, and employee job satisfaction.

    目標(biāo):

    本研究的目標(biāo)如下:

    探究技術(shù)與職場(chǎng)溝通之間的關(guān)系。

    研究技術(shù)對(duì)員工工作滿意度的影響。

    確定影響技術(shù)在職場(chǎng)溝通中使用的因素。

    調(diào)查組織文化對(duì)技術(shù)、職場(chǎng)溝通和員工工作滿意度之間關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。

    Methodology:

    This study will use a quantitative research method. The data will be collected through an online survey distributed to employees from different organizations. The survey will consist of questions related to technology use, workplace communication, employee job satisfaction, and organizational culture. The collected data will be analyzed using statistical software such as SPSS.

    Conclusion:

    The results of this study will contribute to the existing body of knowledge on the effects of technology on workplace communication and employee job satisfaction. The findings of this study can be used by organizations to improve their communication strategies and increase employee job satisfaction.
